By accessing or using ProHub (prohub.studio), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
Description of Service
ProHub is a case interview preparation platform that provides:
- A library of 835+ consulting case interview questions with detailed solutions
- AI-powered mock interview practice and scoring
- Guides and learning resources for case interview preparation
- Content available in English, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese
User Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use our service.
Subscription Plans
- Free: Browse case summaries, filter by company/industry/type.
- Basic: Full case content access and PDF export.
- Pro: Full access plus AI mock interviews and scoring.
- Subscription fees are billed quarterly through Stripe.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials with others
- Redistribute, copy, or republish case content for commercial purposes
- Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer AI mock interview systems
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
Intellectual Property
- Case content, frameworks, guides, and other materials on ProHub are protected by copyright.
- Some case content is sourced from publicly available consulting casebooks and attributed accordingly.
- Your mock interview responses and data remain yours.
AI Mock Interview Disclaimer
- AI mock interviews are educational tools and do not guarantee interview success.
- AI-generated feedback represents algorithmic assessment and should be used as one input among many in your preparation.
Limitation of Liability
ProHub is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
